Everything we need to hit the ground running, all in one spot. Account access, brand bits, the keyword list and a handful of quick questions about your office. Click through the tabs and work through them at your own pace.
Below is everything we need from you to get going. Tackle it in one sitting if you can, or chip away at it over a couple of days. Either way works.
Each section walks you through what we need and how to share it. Account access stuff has step-by-step instructions, brand and content bits have an upload link, and the about your office sections just need a quick reply via email. There's also a final checklist at the end so nothing slips through.
Once we have the lot, strategy build kicks off in Week 1 and we launch in Week 2. Easy.
For everything we post to look and feel like Local Property Collective, we need your brand kit and a stack of recent photos. Drop everything into the OneDrive folder below.
A shared OneDrive folder where you can upload anything we'll need. Bookmark it so you can come back to it later for new event photos, reels clips, signboard shots and anything else worth sharing.
Upload your files โIf you can give us access to Canva and you've already got these files in there, you can disregard this section.
Reels and stories aren't in your package, but if you've got existing video lying around, send it our way. Always handy to have in the back pocket for the odd post.
Two parts here: giving us access to your Facebook Page (so we can manage Facebook AND Instagram from one spot), and making sure your Instagram is linked to your Facebook page so the two talk to each other.
If your Instagram is already linked, you can skip this part. If not, here's how to get them talking:
Done! Instagram and Facebook are now talking to each other. Way easier to manage both from one spot.
If you've got an existing Canva account with your brand kit, logos and templates set up, share access with us so we can keep everything on-brand without rebuilding it from scratch. If you don't have Canva yet, no stress โ we'll work from the brand files in the OneDrive folder.
If you've already invested time setting up your Brand Kit, templates and design history in Canva, we'd rather work inside that than start fresh somewhere else. Means every post we design lives in the same library you can access too โ easy to grab and reshare anytime.
GMB is what shows up when someone Googles "real estate agent Ormeau Hills" โ and it's also where your search ads send people. We'll be managing this every month: posts, photos, review responses, the lot. We just need access first.
To add us as a manager on your Google My Business profile:
Search ads bring the click, GMB closes the call. Once we have access, we'll keep your business info bang up to date, post fresh photos and updates regularly, respond to every review (good or bad), and keep your visibility in local search as strong as possible. Active GMBs get found. Quiet ones get scrolled past.
This is the big one for your package. We need access to a Google Ads account in your name (we manage it, you own it) plus the keyword list you'd previously put together.
If you've already got a Google Ads account set up:
If you don't have an account yet โ no stress, we'll set one up under your business name. We'll just need your billing details linked directly so the spend always sits in your name, not ours.
You mentioned you've got a keyword list ready to go that hasn't been tested yet. Perfect โ that gives us a starting point to work from on day one rather than building everything from scratch.
Upload your list straight into the onboarding form on the next page โ spreadsheet, doc, screenshot, whatever format you've got it in. We'll review it, refine where needed, and use it as the foundation for the campaign build.
We'll need to know what success looks like for you so we can set up conversion tracking properly. This question's covered in the onboarding form on the next page โ just tick whichever apply (phone calls, form fills, appraisal requests, etc.) and we'll set tracking up accordingly.
A handful of quick questions about Local Property Collective so we can make sure every post sounds like it's coming from inside your office, not from us. Fill in the form below and hit send โ it lands straight on our end.
Suburbs help with content tagging, hashtags, GMB targeting and Google Ads. Competitors and off-limits stuff means we don't accidentally tag or post anything you'd rather we didn't. Tone questions give us a starting point for sounding like you. Conversion goals tell us what success looks like for your Google Ads. And there's a spot to upload your keyword list at the end. Won't take more than 5 minutes.
Here's the lot in one spot โ have a click through and tick them off as you go. Once everything's ticked, reply to the email and we'll start the strategy build straight away.
If anything is confusing or you can't find a button somewhere, just sing out. Way easier to send a quick text than spend half an hour chasing something. I'll grab whatever info I need over a 5-minute call.
