01 / Welcome

The fun starts here.

Below is everything we need from you to get going. Tackle it in one sitting if you can, or chip away at it over a couple of days. Either way works.

โ˜… How To Use This Pack

Click through the tabs.
Work through them at your pace.

Each section walks you through what we need and how to share it. Account access stuff has step-by-step instructions, brand and content bits have an upload link, and the about your office sections just need a quick reply via email. There's also a final checklist at the end so nothing slips through.

Once we have the lot, strategy build kicks off in Week 1 and we launch in Week 2. Easy.

โ˜… What We're Setting Up
Access we'll need
  • Facebook Page (via Meta Business Manager)
  • Instagram (linked through Meta)
  • Canva account
  • Google My Business
  • Google Ads account

02 / Brand & Photos

Keep it looking like you.

For everything we post to look and feel like Local Property Collective, we need your brand kit and a stack of recent photos. Drop everything into the OneDrive folder below.

โ˜… Upload Folder

Drop your brand bits
into this folder.

A shared OneDrive folder where you can upload anything we'll need. Bookmark it so you can come back to it later for new event photos, reels clips, signboard shots and anything else worth sharing.

03 / Meta Access

Facebook + Instagram.

Two parts here: giving us access to your Facebook Page (so we can manage Facebook AND Instagram from one spot), and making sure your Instagram is linked to your Facebook page so the two talk to each other.

01 GIVING US ACCESS โ€” ON YOUR DESKTOP

  1. Switch to your business page
  2. From the left menu, select Professional Dashboard
  3. Scroll down on the left menu and select Page Access
  4. You'll find the request under Partner Request. Select Review Request
  5. Select Give Your Niche access to my Page and follow the prompts

02 GIVING US ACCESS โ€” ON YOUR PHONE

  1. Switch to your business page
  2. Tap your profile photo (bottom right corner)
  3. Select Professional Dashboard
  4. Scroll down to Tools and select Page Access
  5. You'll find the request under Business portfolios with access. Select Review Request
  6. Select Give Your Niche access to my Page and follow the prompts

03 LINKING INSTAGRAM TO FACEBOOK

If your Instagram is already linked, you can skip this part. If not, here's how to get them talking:

  1. Open your Instagram app and go to your profile
  2. Tap the three lines top right, then tap Settings
  3. Tap Account then Linked Accounts
  4. Select Facebook and log in (if you aren't already)
  5. Choose the Facebook Business Page you want to connect
  6. Confirm by tapping Yes or OK

Done! Instagram and Facebook are now talking to each other. Way easier to manage both from one spot.

04 / Canva Access

Add us to your Canva.

If you've got an existing Canva account with your brand kit, logos and templates set up, share access with us so we can keep everything on-brand without rebuilding it from scratch. If you don't have Canva yet, no stress โ€” we'll work from the brand files in the OneDrive folder.

01 ON YOUR DESKTOP

  1. Log into your Canva account at canva.com
  2. Click your profile icon (top right corner)
  3. Select Settings
  4. From the left menu, click People
  5. Click Invite members
  6. Enter justine@yourniche.com.au
  7. Set the role to Administrator (so we can edit your Brand Kit and templates)
  8. Click Send invite

02 ON YOUR PHONE

  1. Open the Canva app
  2. Tap your profile icon (bottom right)
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap People or Team members
  5. Tap Invite members
  6. Enter justine@yourniche.com.au and set role to Administrator
  7. Tap Send invite
โ˜… Why It Helps

So everything we make
stays in your world.

If you've already invested time setting up your Brand Kit, templates and design history in Canva, we'd rather work inside that than start fresh somewhere else. Means every post we design lives in the same library you can access too โ€” easy to grab and reshare anytime.

05 / Google My Business

Where Google sends them.

GMB is what shows up when someone Googles "real estate agent Ormeau Hills" โ€” and it's also where your search ads send people. We'll be managing this every month: posts, photos, review responses, the lot. We just need access first.

โ˜… HOW TO GIVE US MANAGER ACCESS

To add us as a manager on your Google My Business profile:

  1. Sign in to your Google Business Profile (search your business name on Google when signed in, or go to business.google.com)
  2. Click the three dots menu on your profile (or Menu > Business Profile settings)
  3. Select Managers
  4. Click Add
  5. Enter justine@yourniche.com.au
  6. Set the role to Manager and click Invite
โ˜… What We'll Do With It

This is the bit that
closes the loop.

Search ads bring the click, GMB closes the call. Once we have access, we'll keep your business info bang up to date, post fresh photos and updates regularly, respond to every review (good or bad), and keep your visibility in local search as strong as possible. Active GMBs get found. Quiet ones get scrolled past.

07 / About Your Office

The bits that make you, you.

A handful of quick questions about Local Property Collective so we can make sure every post sounds like it's coming from inside your office, not from us. Fill in the form below and hit send โ€” it lands straight on our end.

โ˜… Quick Heads Up

Suburbs, competitors,
tone, conversion goals
and your keyword list.

Suburbs help with content tagging, hashtags, GMB targeting and Google Ads. Competitors and off-limits stuff means we don't accidentally tag or post anything you'd rather we didn't. Tone questions give us a starting point for sounding like you. Conversion goals tell us what success looks like for your Google Ads. And there's a spot to upload your keyword list at the end. Won't take more than 5 minutes.

โ†ณ Final Checklist

Tick it off as you go.

Here's the lot in one spot โ€” have a click through and tick them off as you go. Once everything's ticked, reply to the email and we'll start the strategy build straight away.
